A B S T R A C T

The Role of Higher Education is one form of formal education institutions are demanding to be able to prepare the best possible human resources (HR) as expected in order to achieve national education goals, as well as an important element for development in determining the prosperity of a country to carry out the development and creating public welfare. College performance is determined by the quality of human resources is as important assets of an organization called the human capital and organizational learning research type is explanatory research analysis or research that is explained. This method seeks to explain and highlight the influence of variables proposed in the research and testing hypotheses that have been formulated, which contain a description of the results of research descriptive explanation. And the type of descriptive analysis is used to analyze individual capability, and the organizational climate on firm performance college. Organizational performance measurement is done by using the human capital contribute to the strong performance through the culture, skill and knowledge of the organization. Based on this research, individual ability (X1) has an influence on employee performance (Y) with t 1.817 0.129 sig. Cultural Organization (X2) have an influence on employee performance (Y) with t 0.558 0.600 sig. Individual ability (X1), Cultural Organization (X2), jointly influence on employee performance (Y), this is indicated by F count of 1,252 to 0,384 significant.
