A B S T R A C T
This study departs from the problems of the introduction attempts codes scout through interactive multimedia. The purpose of this research is to take advantage of multimedia and computer technology to build a system that can assist the learning recognition codes interactively.
The introduction of codes covering Scouts who created Morse code and semaphore code. Methods Data were gathered through observation, literature, and the Internet. System analysis in this study uses analysis of system weaknesses and system requirements analysis, system design while using the concept, content, text, and graphics. To implement this application sofwware author uses Adobe Flash CS3, Adobe Photoshop CS4 and Adobe audition 0.2.
The results stated that the design application is deemed feasible because: (1) By utilizing multimedia technology then be made to the application of learning recognition codes Scouts through interactive multimedia using Adobe Flash CS3 software. (2) The application of learning multimedia-based codes, will be a new learning tool for studying the scouting codes. (3) The application is expected to provide convenience in studying the scouting particular codes morse code and semaphore.
