A B S T R A C T
Under the Civil Service Guidance Career Systems and Achievement system Case Study On Assignment Teacher Recruitment As Principal at Education Service sub-District Branch Office Labuhan Maringgai, East Lampung Regency. This study aims to determine the principal recruitment models according to the Government Office of East Lampung to obtain satisfactory results and get the recruitment model of the ideal head at school, and can also be assessed in terms of achievement that they can have during a Civil Servant.
The research subjects are in the Department of Education Principal of East Lampung. Methods of data collection can be done by examining documents and interviews with the Principal and Head of Branch Office of Education Kacamatan Labuhan Maringgai. Analysis of the data by comparing to seek advantages and disadvantages. Of the advantages and disadvantages then reorganized and added that it becomes an ideal model for the recruitment of the Principal.
Research results that recruitment models there are still some drawbacks that have not shown the principle of justice for teachers who are qualified general and specific requirements for each school only one person asked for selection. These three regulations governing this requirement are the terms faith and devotion to God Almighty, there is no clear gauge, the gauge should be made that can be assessed from the observations. Faith and devotion as a key civil servant in performing his job. It should be added the condition of the family must also be included as a requirement for selection, because conditions greatly affect the performance of a family of civil servants. Model selection is carried out sub-district level by the third party the results need to be kept keobyektifannya or purity of the test results in determining graduation. Of weakness and the advantage it needs to be raised Principal recruitment model of the ideal and objective.
