Management of human resource also stands of vital importance in an
organization or institution. But, an organization or institution will not reach the goals better
otherwise supported by management information system that is growing rapidly along
with development of epoch. By means of the progress of the information system, human
resource also would be more efficient in committing works. One of the works is
management of officer data. Management of this officer data covers additioning, editting,
and disposal of officer data at one particular organization or institution.
SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Baturetno till now still using manual system in managing
officer data. In this case, besides manual system is not effective because requiring more
time in case of the management and less efficient. The problem formula in this problems
area is how to change the system from manual system to computerization system so that
the management processes of data can run more efficient? Making of officer information
system which will be made besides adding insight and knowledge about administration
data of officer at education world. Data collecting method is done through direct
observation to the places related to way of direct communication with the responder or
