A B S T R A C T

CV Dewi Media Lestari is a company engaged in the creative industry. This company produces promotional items, merchandise, branding, and making seminar kit packages along with souvenirs. To realize the vision of being the largest creative industry company in Indonesia and integrated with the system, both online and offline, the company has a mission to keep abreast of technological developments and upcoming issues. Based on the existing web sales, the company is still manually collecting data to determine the best seller items and items to be discounted.

To facilitate the processing of transaction data, the author will add a decision support system on CV Dewi Media Lestari's website. In analyzing transaction data, the author analyzes the data using the CLARANS algorithm for clustering on sales data. Cluster analysis aims to group collections of patterns into clusters based on similarities. The results of this study are expected to be used for decision making in helping businesses determine marketing strategies, especially in the field of effective and targeted product promotion. By knowing the products that are often sold, the company can easily determine the best seller products and products that will be given a discount.
