A B S T R A C T

Today the growth of motor vehicles, mainly cars, continues to increase, as indicated by the large market demand sourced from Gaikindo which recorded car sales reaching 1,151 million units in 2018, up from 1.079 million units in 2017.

This fact is not balanced with inadequate road infrastructure, inequality this causes congestion in certain areas, then illegal parking appears in crowded areas of vehicles which are confusing this situation, although strict regulations on this matter exist but are not balanced with the availability of non-illegal parking in areas prone to congestion, plus limited access both in terms of tariffs and locations by the user of the area itself.

Opinions began to emerge in people who complained about the limited access to parking, until the idea emerged to use a certain area which was considered not to cause congestion to become a non-illegal parking area which later could become a solution to the problem. From this opinion paparkir was born with the mission of helping people find it easier in finding suitable parking areas and not violating the rules, as part of the paparkir team with the creation of this web application, it is hoped that our mission can run.
