A B S T R A C T

CV Duta Karya Mandiri is one of the companies engaged in the field of Information and Technology (IT) and also making automatic parking systems, these products already exist in several cities, so that the company runs well, the company needs professional employees. The selected employees are employees who meet the criteria where the weight of the criteria is determined by the head of CV Duta Karya Mandiri. Therefore CV Duta Karya Mandiri has an effort to improve the quality of recruiting prospective employees. However, in the recruitment process the prospective employee still uses a manual system, so that during the process of recruiting prospective employees of CV Duta Karya Mandiri itself takes a long time.

To assist the CV Duta Karya Mandiri in the process of recruiting prospective employees, a decision support system is needed to rank prospective employees based on predetermined criteria using the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method.

The process of recruiting prospective employees with a decision support system is done by entering the weight value in each criterion and the criteria value of each prospective employee appraisal. Then the value calculation process is carried out, to find the final results and ranking to determine the prospective employee with the highest value to the lowest value. So with the results of the ranking and calculation the CV Duta Karya Mandiri will be easier in carrying out the process of recruiting prospective employees
