A B S T R A C T

Performance which is a general description of the level of achievement of an activity, wisdom in realizing the goals, objectives, vision and mission of the organization between performance and motivation has a very close relationship because a person's performance is determined by his ability and motivation to carry out work.

In making a job assessment using the AHP method at Mukti Marcomm Sedaya, which is one method used for decision support systems. AHP method is used to decompose a complex multi-factor problem into a hierarchy, where each level is formed from specific elements.

The purpose of this study is to utilize existing information. In this system, applying the AHP method can provide a solution to choose from several employees who are closest to the criteria for determining the position that will be placed in the Marketing Manager and the support system model for web-based position selection decisions using the AHP method
