SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN REKOMENDASI PENERIMA BANTUAN BERAS MISKIN DI DESA TLOGOWATU KLATEN DENGAN METODE SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING

A B S T R A C T

Rice program for poor families or commonly known as Raskin is one of the government's efforts to reduce the burden on families miskin.Untuk expenditure to determine the criteria for poor families needed a good information system to prevent errors and fraud conducted by the certain people, so as to assist in determining the recipients raskin.

Decision support systems can overcome this problem, the system can support decision making Raskin recipients based on the criteria specified. Decision support systems are made here with Simple Additive Weighting method (SAW) to evaluate alternatives Raskin acceptance criteria based decision making.

If guided by the 2015 Raskin guidebook, can each family head get as much as 15 kg of raskin / month. Unless the head of the family who has the right to get Raskin does not get as much as 15 kg of raskin, but only about 10 kg per month based on the distribution of Raskin is also distributed to family heads who are not registered as raskin recipients. It can be said that the head of the family in the Tlogowatu sub-district received raskin from the amount needed to be received. This was done by the kelurahan to be issued in this Kelurahan. This should not be done in the Tlogowatu Sub-District having clear ranking data about who has the right to receive Raskin for the purpose of the Raskin program to save costs for these poor families. To make a ranking to determine Raskin recipients, a Decision Support System (SPK) is needed. In order for the purpose of this system to be approved, it must be supported by using existing methods in decision support systems, one of them is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This SAW method was chosen because the SAW method provides ranking for attributes and produces the largest value used as the best alternative.
