A B S T R A C T

Technological developments in the field of information technology are developing so rapidly that it encourages people to think creatively to create a new technology system. IoT (Internet of think) is a computer device that can help alleviate human activities in daily activities in a grip, so that non-electronic devices can be controlled remotely using a smartphone.

The security system of a motorcycle vehicle using a ignition is considered less effective in terms of security. Motorbike theft or theft by damaging the ignition is often the case, so it requires a computer device that can improve security on motorized vehicles. Currently the use of smartphones in daily activities is very much needed, therefore smartphones can be utilized as remote or remote control devices that can control motorbikes through local networks and external networks.

Researchers here will design a security system that can control Raspberry Pi-based motorbikes which are expected to increase the safety of motorbikes with control via smartphones. This tool utilizes Raspberry Pi technology and camera where motorbikes that have been planted with Raspberry Pi devices can control ON / OFF contacts, Engine Start, and Alarms using relays or switches that are powered by smartphones. Meanwhile, the camera is useful as a tool for taking photos of locations around the vehicle and who uses a motorcycle on each time the vehicle is turned on.
