Literacy is one of the cultural heritage that is priceless. In an effort to care for cultural heritage, a medium of learning about literacy can be presented using computer technology in the form of interactive multimedia. One such software is very supportive in its application is Macromedia Flash MX.
Problems in this study is how to plan, create or produce and test the software in the form of interactive multimedia for learning literacy with Macromedia Flash MX. The goal of this learning media users are the general public for anyone in need. The purpose of making this learning media literacy is to help learning the subject of historical characters, numbers, punctuation and evaluation was developed with Macromedia Flash MX. The expected benefits of making learning media literacy are : for the world of technology, exploit and develop technology Macromedia Flash MX for interactive learning media. For education, can be used as input, a reference form of interactive multimedia instructional media. For the world of culture, contributing in the effort to preserve the form of multimedia technology literacy.
Working procedures of making learning media literacy is to determine the material, determines the learning scenario, determine the flow chart of the program, specify the script program, create a prototype program, and the last is the test and evaluation.
