A B S T R A C T

ARPUSDA Kabupaten Wonosobo District has an important role in increasing reading interest of Wonosobo community. According to ARPUSDA Department readiness interest in Wonosobo community is still low. Socialization is done so far only limited with text and images only or just sound. This media has not been able to socialize about the interest of reading in particular. Socializing with motion graphics is a great way because motion graphics can illustrate what a 2D image or live shoot can not do.

The initial process of designing this video campaign starts from taking data from objects by interview and observation, then analyzing data using SWOT, video making process that consists of pre production, production, and post production. Then evaluation is done by object and multimedia community.

This design produces a video campaign with the concept of motion graphic that aims as a medium of sosisalisasi to increase reading interest Wonosobo community and invite the community to love to read and come to the library.
