A B S T R A C T

In the era of the development of the digital age today, social media seems to be an unattended part of life for everyone. Social media seemed to be transformed into a daily basic need for humans. When and where we go, we will easily find peopleaccessing social media.

But in recent years precisely in the case of the election of Jakarta governor in 2017 and then appears a very extraordinary event that can be troubling the citizen that is the emergence of hoax news. At that time the hoax news was used to bring down an opponent that contained content that did not match the facts that occurred. News hoaxes are often circulated through short messages, click bait, videos and the most in social media like twitter, facebook and WhatsApp.

Therefore Karang Taruna Bakti Abdi pertiwi as the nation's next youth institution wants to make Public Service Ads to fight hoax based Motion Tracking and Motion Graphic Animation. It is expected that with this ad people can avoid hoax news and create Indonesian society Anti Hoax
