A B S T R A C T

Fajar Computer Store is a store that serves laptop service or used laptop sales. Fajar Computer Store also accept orders laptop or laptop sparepart through social media. The problems that occur at the Computer Fajar Store is the number of service jobs to be short of time to check the order of existing laptops in social media, not to mention if people who service laptops ask the status of the laptop so or not. This greatly hampered the workmanship of service and laptop booking services.

In this study will study the business needs at Fajar Computer Store. To meet the needs of Fajar Computer Store will be applied E-Commerce system and Check Service Online. The purpose in addition to meeting the needs of Fajar Computer Store is also to expand marketing and promotion. Benefits of the implementation of E-Commerce and Check Service Online is the consumer does not need to meet face to face with the seller, while for the Fajar Computer Store is easier laptop order management and delivery of service information to customers.

This system is expected to be a solution in marketing and promotion of products or services sold by Fajar Computer Store to improve service and sales. With E-Commerce system and Check Service Online, prospective buyers can see and choose products sold in detail, while laptop service customers can know the status of the laptop so or not just by typing the serial number of laptop diservice on the website without having to spend more.
