A B S T R A C T

Increasingly rapid technological developments provide various facilities in all areas, including educational section. Technology provides the ease of accessing information about education and even provide convenience to the learning process. One of these ease in the learning process is to use augmented reality technology for presenting the material.

Augmented reality is a new technology that is currently popular. Augmented reality is a technology that combines the two-dimensional or three-dimensional virtual object into a real three-dimensional environment and then projecting the virtual objects in real time.

Kindergarten is one place to learn and play for children. As example TK ABA Al-Iman Gendeng, which became the choice of many parents to send their children who were aged around 5-6 years. At TK ABA Al-Iman Gendeng taught many lessons, one of which is the introduction of the alphabet for the preparation of the child before reading. Augmented reality is a very fitting technology when applied to the material. Children not only see alphabet recognition of 2-dimensional images, but they also can experiencing visually more interesting with 3-dimensional object.
