A B S T R A C T

The making of television advertising is aimed at promoting Jeep Lava Tour, tour services, located in Kaliurang, Sleman. This aims to increase the number of visitors on a tour especially among the Lava Jeep Tour.

Characteristics of television advertising that is in the combination of image, sound, and motion can work well in the delivery of the message and can attract the attention of viewers. Due to the nature of the representation and composition of the mix of colour, sound and movement, television advertising was alive. This is the typical characteristics that are not found in other media.

In marketing, Jeep Lava Tour case already using media such as brochures, nametag, social media but the result was less satisfactory. Expected for that television commercials can be applied that television ad Jeep Lava Tour this may increase the number of both local and foreign visitors, and also increase the revenue of the community residing in Kaliurang.

The process of making this ad in liveshoot and in the process of editing using Adobe Premier software Adobe Audition cs6, cs6, Adobe Photoshop cs6, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe After Effects cs6 cs6. This meant that the ad Jeep Lava Tour will be higher quality.
