A B S T R A C T

The design of this tool is intended as a renewal of existing systems in the drinking water company (PAM) and its customers. Where this tool can improve the efficiency of the performance of the employees on the other hand is also expected to improve the level of customer trust to the company so that in the end able to provide positive feedback for the sustainability of the company in the future.

This tool works by replacing the analog system in the PAM water meter into digital form by displaying the amount of water data used along with the discharge into the LCD. From the data that has been obtained is calculated with the prevailing water tariff so that the cost information of the invoice. This information is sent via SMS to customers periodically within a period of one month containing the amount of water use and the cost of the bill.

Designed using several components such as Adafruit Waterflow Sensor, Arduino Uno Microcontroller, Real Time Clock (RTC), GSM SIM900A Module, 16x2 LCD and Cellular Phone as SMS Receiver.
