A B S T R A C T

As a result of rapid technological developments in the last few years, the people want the availability of various types of services that can be accessed in various ways, easy and efficient and available anytime anywhere. Customer interactions that used to be directly started to shift to electronics, because electronic communication can be done effectively, efficiently, accurately, comfortably, and safely.

Currently Ananda Souvenir, a store engaged in the souvenirs that are marketing through social media. With so many consumer requests nothing happens in the delivery of goods and total purchases from consumers, so there are still many consumers who are disappointed over the services provided.

Therefore, the author tries to find solutions to these things by creating a system of merchandise-based sales information website, which is expected to be a solution to solve the above problems. On the new system can obtain ordering information, the various items provided by Ananda Souvenir website and errors can be minimized, and product sales may increase.
