A B S T R A C T

PT. Time Excelindo is a company which concerns in internet service provider (ISP), online system, telecommunication, data communication, software development and the construction and maintenance of computer networks and telecommunications. Besides providing a variety of services, PT. Time Excelindo also makes a variety of products which is ready to use, so it requires media in the promotion and presentation of the product. One of the products that are being developed are the E-Office applications. E-Office Application is an office operational application using the Internet technology.

One of the media which can be selected for promotion and presentation is video. The types of videos are  live shoot  video, animation video and mix video  (live shoot and animation). Animations video can be selected for media promotion and presentation because it can attract and minimize the production costs. One technique which is used in creating the  computer animation is the technique of motion graphics. Movement which made with the technique of motion graphics is simpler than using a technique of frame by frame (animation techniques by drawing the movement  one by one), but the technique of motion graphics in its manufacture requires a shorter time than the technique frame by frame so it can minimize the production costs.

This research produces motion graphic animation video that explains the E-Office Applications. The video can be used by PT. Time Excelindo particularly the Department of Marketing for promotional purposes, presentations and other purposes of company.
