A B S T R A C T
The ease in obtaining access to information services became one of the advantages often be selected for each user device information. Smartphone is a communication tool which provides many of the conveniences. The use of Android-based smartphone is increasingly rising rapidly resulting application developers compete in creating android based applications.
This study focuses on the promotion part of a housing that is in Yogyakarta, namely Pondok Joho Asri at Godha properti marketing office. Housing is chosen with consideration that a housing definitely need promotion to assist in marketing activities. The application architecture will be designed based on augmented reality.
Augmented eality is a technology that combines with three-dimensional virtual object into a real environment and projecting the results of the virtual object, which is building a house that will be promoted. The result of this research is an android-based application that can be used to provide detailed information on Pondok Joho Asri residential buildings.
